- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We offer standard shipping option. Standard Shipping Estimated delivery within 7-10 days.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges

- We offer Free Delivery on all orders above PKR 1999
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs clearance.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for resolution.
